Digital Humanities Quarterly
- Extremely lengthy review process - 18 months! They said this was due to a change in publishing software. Useful reviews when we finally heard. Although the journal publishes good work and is peer-reviewed and open access, it is not indexed by Scopus and other databases, so will not be picked up by libraries, Google Scholar, ResearchGate etc. [2015

- Extremely quick and reliable, text published three months after submission with minor revisions. Very helpful and competent reviews.
